SERVICE OUTAGE UPDATE – TUESDAY 20 OCTOBER 2026
Multiple services across the UK are experiencing disruption today, affecting banking, online platforms, cloud services and some public services.

🌐 Google Cloud
A significant outage affecting Google's London cloud infrastructure is causing disruption to multiple services.
💳 Banking & Financial Services
Issues have been reported with Revolut, Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, HSBC and NatWest.
💻 Websites & Online Services
Reported problems include Royal Mail, DPD, Rightmove, Screwfix, Vinted, Emma and SiteGround.
🏥 Public & Other Services
Users have also reported issues accessing some NHS England, GOV.UK and other online services.
🚓 SUFFOLK POLICE – 101 SERVICE DISRUPTION
Separately, Suffolk Police's non-emergency 101 service has reportedly been affected by a power cut at police headquarters, according to local media reports.
