Our story began over 30 years ago when co-founder Steve launched his career at Philips, specialising in the renowned Philips Sopho telecommunications systems. With a deep understanding of voice infrastructure and a passion for innovation, Steve quickly became a trusted expert in the field. In 2001, he partnered with a former colleague to establish Integrated Services Plus (iS-Plus) a company focused solely on delivering reliable telecoms solutions. iS-Plus continues to thrive as a dedicated telecoms provider today.

Now, building on that legacy and looking to the future, Steve has teamed up with Ryan who brings deep knowledge and experience in IT, networking, and digital infrastructure to launch SM Unified Solutions. This new venture expands beyond telecoms, offering fully unified communication, IT, and security systems to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.
